Summary:

We are looking for an additional team member to join the Sales and Customer Success Team of Connected Women to help bring in and help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in following up clients via email and phone call
  • Answer client questions to open their interest to purchase
  • Setup Discovery Calls for clients with the Business Development Manager
  • Monitor and maintain client database, making sure the details are updated
  • Monitor the website platform for all potential clients and set up appointments
  • Provide administrative support business development specialist
  • Participate in team meetings and calls as required
  • Create a weekly report summary of calls and appointments made

Required:

  • At least 6 months of experience in telesales or voice customer care role
  • Must have experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada)
  • Must have a stable internet connection and quiet work space for making calls
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with confident and positive personality
  • Experience in recruitment and/or startup environments would be ideal

Budget: Php 10,000 w/ incentive scheme
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: 4hrs/day 6am to 10am/Philippines Time
Contract Type: Fixed times, Part-time, Long-term, Remote
